BLOGGING !! My first blog

Blog – a small word but having a great power in itself. I should accept this statement or reject this, I don’t know. This is the first time I myself writing a blog on blog itself and I am coming across so many views regarding blogging from different people around me.Well I was not able to get the whole idea of blogging on the net before I visited and read some of the blogs and tried to find out the relation in real life.

I not only visited the blogs written by people in India but also abroad, and found one thing that was common, everyone is trying to express his/her freedom, everyone is trying to think out of the box, everyone is trying to do something or specifically finding out a way for himself to make a place for himself in this unexplored and unpredictable world.
So what’s this blogging all about? What is this new discovery of unparalleled human mind? Is this a hype only or we are really heading towards a new destination where we can find this whole world on a common platform, a platform where people from different caste, creed & color are invited and where they can express their freedom , their thoughts and help each other directly or indirectly.

One thing that comes to my mind is why this blogging concept is becoming so popular, what is so special about it? And I think the answer lies in the power of internet and further more the power to reach millions and billions. Internet is there since so many years but blogging has made it possible for the intellects to reach the masses with a single click only. This common platform is not only a way to express ones thought but also acting as a great tool for making relationships not only within a community but across the continents. This whole new concept is really creating an environment to make this world a single entity.

The most effected community that blogging has made an impact is that of young growing professionals and college going students. New and innovative ideas are being shared among these people daily, and one important thing is that you get on the spot feedback for your blog, may be in the form of criticism or praise or support, and this can prove to be a great both personal and professional level development tool. This new tool is far ahead than the existing e-mail’s and other communicating mediums.

One interesting thing that I like about blogging is that there is no restriction on your thoughts, if somebody doesn’t like whatever you have written, he/she can comment on that and in that way blogging forms a healthy platform for debate and knowledge sharing. Professionals can guide the young students about the new and upcoming technologies and also guide them regarding their career. Also they can share their work problems, may be technical or other and take the benefit from the whole professional community. Budding professionals can keep themselves updated regarding the current market trends and inclinations and can use the gathered data or facts as a strong marketing tool in the fast emerging & growing international and local markets.

In the end I would like to say that if utilized in a proper and a positive manner , then blogging can prove to be a strong tool in the hands of large community of students and professionals through which they can express themselves and make the world to listen to him as he/she thinks. Everyone is a writer and everyone can express himself to the world without any restriction. In this fast growing world, blogging can be a competitive advantage for the students and young professionals. Infact I would call this whole new concept a paradigm change in our lives.
